Advanced Wim Hof Course with Will van Zyl

  • Wild Heart Hill Long Furlong Worthing, England, BN14 0RJ United Kingdom (map)

Take a journey of self-exploration and personal discovery.

This November, we’re giving you a chance to find the outer edge of your comfort zone.

On the back of our always popular Fundamentals programme, we’re hosting our first ever Advanced Wim Hof course at Wild Heart Hill campsite in Findon.

Under the expert eye of Will van Zyl, this course delves deeper into the science and neurophysiology behind breathwork, emotions and trauma release exercises.

Expanding your established breathwork and cold exposure practice, the Advanced programme includes three breathing techniques, partner observation and co-regulation, and up to 10 minutes in the ice.

Anyone familiar with our Fundamentals course will know to expect delicious veggie stew, cooked over the campfire, ready to keep the warmth coming after you finish your horse stance. Then, when everyone has finished their ice baths and enjoyed a bowl of stew, we’ll wave you off with the ubiquitous fire show from Poi Passion.

Now, we don’t usually try to put people off our events, but this course isn’t for everyone. In fact, it’s not for most people.

With strictly limited spaces, you should only consider this course if you’ve previously attended a Fundamentals day or have established a regular breathwork or cold exposure practice (ideally both).

This is a day for people who are already experienced and want to advance their practice. We won’t be teaching any basic techniques - if you don’t know them already, don’t book onto the course.

Camping

The campsite is open for those who want to stay overnight, with limited spaces available to book directly with Jose (07968 810 067).
